KENNY McKINNEY - TEACHING PASTOR
Kenny McKinney is the teaching pastor at Three Strands Church. He has been serving alongside Pastor David from the very beginning. Kenny is passionate about preaching the good news, teaching the truth and grace of Scripture, and helping people realize how much they matter to God.
Kenny has spent most of his life in McCreary County, with the exception of a 6 year pit stop in Carson, California during his elementary and junior high years. He earned his Bachelor’s & Master’s degrees from The University of the Cumberlands in Williamsburg, KY. He and his wife Heather reside in Pine Knot, KY. They have four children (Abby, Carson, Chase, & Maddux) and three English Bulldogs. Kenny is a sports enthusiast who loves God, values laughing, treasures his family, & watches a lot of baseball.
